1 Mashed banana
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon gluten-free flour
Dash of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon raw honey (optional)

Blend all of the above ingredients together
Heat some coconut oil or real butter in a frying pan
Dish spoonfuls of the mix onto the hot pan
Serve and enjoy!
